The cycling lovers have reasons to celebrate in the pier. Now they they have the ciclov\u00eda Coatzacoalcos (Coatzacoalcos bike way), where will be possible to ride safe while enjoying the beautiful view.<\/p>

A track of 1.2 miles; the reason for bikes, roller skates and other non-motorized transport users to circulate safely. This extends on the first stage of Malec\u00f3n Costero, in front of Plaza del Asta Bandera. This is located between Venustiano Carranza and Independencia avenue.<\/p>

Coatzacoalcos bikeway, with the necessary elements<\/strong><\/h2>

Those that dare to circulate on the Coatzacoalcos bikeway will do it knowing that the path has the necessary tools for its protection.<\/p>

This has road studs, bollards and LED lights for a total visibility, in addition, lane is in green color. All this works to maintain separated to cyclists from vehicle transit.<\/p>

For that, the Coatzacoalcos mayor, Amado Cruz invited to community to use the bike path. At the same time, asked to respect this and help to maintain it in good conditions.<\/p>

“The bike path is at the service of citizenship, requires care, it\u2019s a heritage for all the families, young people, teenagers and children”, the mayor said.<\/p>

A benefit for everyone<\/strong><\/h2>

In one hand, the legal representative of Copesa, Emmanuel Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, mentioned to motorists to respect this exclusive space for cyclists. Urged people to don\u2019t park on the section and respect speed limits.<\/p>

“This is not a high-speed track, it is like a main artery of the city, due that lanes were delineated\u201d, Pe\u00f1a mentioned.<\/p>

Likewise, the representative emphasized the importance of Coatzacoalcos bike lane will have in everyone, from tourists to traders.<\/p>

There are new businesses, some were closing and are reactivating. I believe that is important for city to have a worthy space for population to enjoy and that’s what we pretend to do. The important thing is to take care of it, for visitants to say that is a good moment to come to Coatzacoalcos\u201d.<\/p>

Sanctions to apply<\/strong><\/h2>

In order to maintain sport space in good conditions, Municipal Government warned to sanction who park within a bikeway. That fine can be from 5 to 15 UMAS (542 to 1,628 pesos), in accordance with the traffic regulations<\/a>.<\/p>
